Everything was perfect during 4 days, thoroughly enjoyed its great and favourable location so close to Rome's major attractions and Piazza di Spagna and all the touristic places. Every staff member was very helpful and nice. The rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated, had a bidet, a shower cap, and bath sheets. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The vibe here was quiet. Working of free Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK.

The view looking over the street was the reason we booked a double room. the location was amazing in the center of Rome. - the staff here was amicable. - It's at walking distance from Hi-Res Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

The location of this place is simply mind-blowing! It's just a few steps away from the bustling Piazza di Spagna and the metro station. The refurbished old building adds a touch of charm to the spacious and comfortable room. The bed is absolutely amazing, guaranteeing a super night's sleep. The decoration is nice and adds to the overall ambiance. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome tray with F&B amenities, especially the deliciously fragrant shower gel. The staff member was incredibly friendly and kind. And let's not forget the fascinating history behind the building itself, shared by the owner and her daughter. The central and quiet area made exploring the attractions easy and enjoyable. Plus, the presence of nearby amenities like cafes and shops was simply jaw-dropping. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

Stayed in a charming Bed & Breakfast. Perfect location, close to everything. Loved the attention to detail and helpful staff. Airport shuttle was a bonus.

Bathroom was so tiny, I had to cuddle the toilet. And let's not forget the delightful smell of urine outside the building.

We had a wonderful stay in this guesthouse located in the heart of the city centre. The location is perfect for those who want to explore this vibrant city. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We did not have to worry about parking as we were not driving in this city. The train station is extremely close by, which was very convenient for us as we planned to travel elsewhere. Additionally, we loved the fact that the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We love how close the hotel is to a shopping street and the train station. It’s so convenient to explore central Rome by metro. the room is big and has a comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. the host is friendly and helpful with a great history of the building to share!
